About Me


Hello, my name is Ruth, and I have been a MAR qualified reflexologist since 2017. I first discovered reflexology treatments following emergency surgery for an ectopic pregnancy in 2014.

I found the benefits of reflexology so transformative, that I decided to retrain and become a practitioner myself.

I completed my MAR training at the Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology in East Grinstead and I am now a fully qualified reflexologist and a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

After giving birth to my second child, and receiving reflexology throughout the pregnancy, I chose to complete further training in maternity reflexology in 2019 with the wonderful Sally Earlam.

I have treated many people with a variety of symptoms and ailments and I am still amazed at the healing power of the practice.

Now offering Maternity Reflexology, Ruth completed further training with Sally Earlam - in January 2020.
